I don't get the last extra pages of the story. How did you assume it's about a birthday of somebody ? Did I miss something out in the story? I also wonder about what does the date mean. I even read again the extras to know whazzit about. Some says its Mitsuru's birthday etc. in the comments. So if I missed something please point it out. Thx...
I thought it's a birthday coz when people greet their "loved" ones happy birthday, they almost alllllways do it the moment the date changes. And as a celebrant, you look forward to getting that greeting from yer loved one. :D
