When duanmu awaken after a month he was searching for jinghua (ofc lol) but that childhood friend was there saying they need him to help duanmu heal so they just awake him (but his body is paralyzed in a wheelchair) i don't see the romantic tension at that time because duanmu was shock hearing jinghua left. Then it end with "he'll come back to me because he promise he will never leave me alone."
