I have to hold your hand as I say this. The angst is everywhere, the MC is suffering from the death of his comrades in the past and he has some mental issues, it's too hard to tell. You can just marinate if you want, but the story is now halfway through, so it's okay if you want to binge read. (Sorry if this is hard for you to understand, English is not my first language)(⌒▽⌒)

I have a theory, that ilay's father kinda care for ilay (?) thats why he send ilay to Hanu where omegas are seen as God's gift. I was thinking the same. when the brother mentioned that it was solely the fathers' decision to send Ilya to Hanu, the first thought that came to my mind was that it was for his safety and knowing that he was to marry a juvenile king means that Ilya would have more power and control over the kingdom as well as the king won't be able to take advantage of him. And Ilya will get time to get accustomed to the new setting easily considering Omegas' importance in Hanu.
