I miss when yaoi was toxic like this with complicated and messy feelings that clashed and not constant assault with boring sex scenes that took up 80% of the story, this manhwa is so good T~T

Okay so I really do understand that Seungho did something bad and I'm not saying he should've been forgiven, HOWEVER he was healing and going to therapy, and instead of getting with someone who actually treated him like a human being and quite clearly cared for him (his manager), he ends up with Doyoon, who not only took advantage of the fact that Seungho was trying to get his attention and was clearly being self destructive, but used that to verbally and physically abuse him. Not only that but he KNEW that Seungho was spiteful towards MC (sorry forgor his name ) and he knew he could've SAID something not only before the first incident but the second one too, and he purposely didn't say anything because he wanted an outlet for his anger and desires. That's not even addressing the fact that they're step brothers and the pseudo incest is weird enough but also the PEDOPHILIA? Like I really do get that intrusive thoughts are uncontrollable right, and they clarified that it was a 'crying kink' but for Doyoon to then assume it means he must have a crush on the CHILD? Is not only insane but what's more insane is that he groomed him as he grew up into not only ignoring his unresolved PTSD but also believing that he was someone he could rely on while he was the common denominator behind LITTERALLY everything that's gone wrong in the story thus far. I'm sorry I'm yapping but if you could not tell I really hate Doyoon and the fact that he not only got Seungho back but we're meant to believe he'll suddenly treat him right after verbally and physically mistreating him for years and letting him believe they a literal CHILD was his competitor is WILD.

Okay I know practically everyone is going to ignore this because the fujoshis here refuse to think critically but this was awful. I'm so sick of this tired trope that's based in transmisogyny of 'perverted gay men in dresses deceiving innocent straight men to get in their pants' it paints trans women and gnc gay men as predatory and I'm so sick of it. I always get really excited when I see yaoi characters are gender non conforming and use fluid pronouns because as a trans person I can relate to it more and look forward to seeing how their gender presentation influences them but 9/10 it's always "haha look at this predatory man in a dress who practically S3xually assaults this poor innocent man constantly" and I can't take it. For those of you thinking "Seme isn't trans!" Most cis people see gnc men, trans women and gay fem men in the exact same light and well continue to. And to those of you saying "it's just fiction!" this trope is so popular because it's what these authors genuinely think 'a man wearing a dress' intends. Regardless of MC being an asshole, it's obvious to anyone with any literacy skills that the seme is coercive at best and a rapist at worst and we're just meant to accept it as funny because it's clearly the author's poorly disguised fetish's. I will always be the first one to defend fujoshis, because I think it's entirely dismissive and also racist to ignore a large part of Asia's queer rep and boil it down to fetishism, but it honestly gets hard to defend some of you guys. There are so many much better yaoi's out there with much better consensual and communicated couples, where the semes rapey behaviour isn't played for jokes or constantly forgiven. Where these stereotypes aren't pushed in such a gross and disgusting way. I implore everyone that rated this highly to do better

I just want to say that looking through these comments and replies it's so obvious how some of y'all view sex workers as lower than human and know nothing about how queer people are often forced into sex work/ become sex workers because of social queerphobia and being more subject to abuse. Like maybe actually think about gay people outside of your little yaoi fantasy bubble and be a decent person

Idk for all those people saying these couples lack chemistry, I think you're too yaoi-brained. Like these couples imo are extremely realistic to casual highschool couples, and I've been enjoying it because sometimes it's nice to read something where I don't wanna pull someone's brains out, where there's not extreme drama every 2 seconds, or where highschoolers actually act like highschoolers
