Personally I wouldn't recommend this manhwa to anyone, I think it's 2/3 chapters away from ending.
The uke is only dating him out of pure guilt and confesses that in the end he was just using the seme whenever he was going through a rough time. It's bullshit that he knows how naturally jealous the seme is and still decides to hide stuff from him like hanging out with his ex. This does not have a good ending and honestly if you're considering dropping this just do it now because the end is extremely disappointing.

Basically they have this huge fight, seme smacks uke with a tile on the back of his head and r@pes him. After that uke wants to break things off and tells him he only kept dating him because he felt guilty about stabbing him, seme ends up killing him in the end hoping they could just start over. It's a shit show basically.
