no they're not actually related (ch1 says they were next door neighbors), the use of the word brother is probably in place of "hyung" at some points, it's just the use of honorifics bc of the age difference (but the first story is still icky for me bc of the getting him drunk part rip)

Basically.
Out mc, real name yoohan is a little prick that worked in the loan shark industry. Myungshin the little bastard is his lover kind of and they live together.
One day, his lil bro came to him to get money for his sick mother. He told him to come by again later.
When he went loan sharking, he aggravated a man by having his child hostage to get the payment. He did get his payment but later on, the guy came looking for him.
And there he killed the little brother who were waiting for yoohan. The moment the lil bro died, yoohan practically gone into shock and the day gone in a blur to him. When he 'wake up' again, the lil bro is dead, and myungshit stole all of his money (including the money he went to get from loansharking).
He then borrowed money from the loan shard and worked his ass of for years to pay until he finally did it, and at that day he accidentally met myungshit who brag about getting away with the money by telling the guy who killed his brother that yoohan has a brother outside. That's the summary.
