I do this:
* click on any manga cover
* click on one of its tags
* the tagged manga appear, and on the right there is search tag box
* type a tag of my choice and go, and the tagged manga (if any) appear...

BTW I am following if there is an easier way

Well lit. meaning of following is to come or go after, so in this context I am keeping a track of the activities...
* just like if you follow someone, you can keep a track of that person's activities
* if you follow a question (which can be done either by putting a comment, or by '[ like]' ) you get the replies that are given to it... I didn't really need to mention that I am following your question in a separate comment because I will get notified already bec of my previous comment, but I did it out of courtsey...you can put as much as a dot as comment and follow the question.

"Sono Kuchibiru ni Yoru no Tsuyu". Only 1 of them is a salaryman though. And there's a RAPE tag! So read it at your own risk. But it has a HAPPY ending & the story is a rare Masterpiece IMO. Don't let the summary & tags fool you.

I recommend trying "Doushitemo Furetakunai". Fits all ur requirement. You might also like "Yamada To Shounen". Both of them are fluffy, has a happy ending with a bit angsty ride.

If you liked "Life Senjou no Bokura" then you might like "Complex" by Manda Ringo. Similar story but a bit long & a classic old BL. It's completely worth it though!
