Snake is part snake right. And snakes shed skin. So basically what happened was the reason the death collecting person was recording him was because his old skin died.
But his old skin dying is going to lead to a bug transformation okay and he's actually completely fine but now powering up. He just shed his skin guys and is sleeping cause it's tiring.

What Yuka did was wrong. She cheated. That was her choice and that was wrong.
However, Minato was different. He felt insecure because he sees his partner slowly getting closer and closer with this new boss and that’s making him more afraid of the idea that Shizuma is/was always straight until he met him so he can always leave and choose an easy route which is marry a woman.
Not that Shizuma will do that but that’s still a route Shizuma can always go back to. And Minato knows that this is all in his head and Shizuma won’t do it but he can’t help but think about it.
