I love everything about this story!! So cute. So wholesome. Need more of this family! I also want to read about the other Beastman / Human couple because the human proposed and I want to get into that story. The only thing that was off was the children calling the parents by name and not daddy & papa or whatever.

Everyone mad at the Alpha for not wanting to get married but not everyone in a relationship WANTS to be married. Marriage isn't everything. Sometimes, relationships last longer when people aren't married.

So real. People are saying the other guy should just dump him, like huh?? It's really not that deep, and at least he's thinking of a way to make it work by his suggestion. When I read it I actually thought "that works ig lmao" but I didn't expect everyone to be like "this pussy doesn't wanna get married!! burn him at the stake!!"

I'm mad for his suggestion. I understand there are people who don't want to get married (I have this thought too sometimes). But suggesting to have wedding ceremony but not marriage is just ass (to me at least). Wedding ceremony is just a cherry on top but that's not the goal of people that want to get married. It feels like he's saying "I could fulfill your silly fantasy at least haha". He could suggest living together instead (unless he has problem with that too, then their relationship is doomed).

the problem isn’t him rejecting honestly… it’s how he did it with no explanation and then was basically admitting to play into his little marriage fantasy without the commitment. he didn’t allow them to have a vulnerable conversation with each other, because even if you view marriage differently having an understanding of each other is what creates a stronger bond and leads to a compromise
and also, if one person dreams of marriage + idealizes it vs the other partner doesn’t, it’s a huge fundamental problem when that conversation is getting belittled and already drawn to conclusion (the reason why readers are saying they should break up)

yep that’s exactly it, it’s how he’s not willing to have the conversation and only let himself create the “solutions”. excluding in a partnership feels so lonely and painful, so i do get why readers support a break up
it’s very possible to come to a good compromise, however this topic is on the same depth as child-free people vs people that want children in marriage. both people have to go to the extreme while making a decision and be okay with it- which is the hardest part

Hyunoh is the only top tier character in this entire story. Everyone else is trash. The families are garbage and manipulative, the mother NEVER apologized to the Youngwoon. Jaewon NEVER apologized to Youngwoon and his last FU to Youngwoon was to go to Gyujin & cast doubt on his feelings for him. Gyujin believed this mfkr, who admitted he was being paid off by his mother to be with him, over his own CHILDHOOD best friend. Crazy! The only honest and steadfast character who made any sense was Hyunoh. He did not fall for the elder brother's manipulation or turn his back on Jaewon because of a few words from someone he barely knows. Everyone in this story could learn from him. It was also nice to see an Uke that could stand up for himself and handle his business. Youngwoon's only fault is not having confidence in himself and speaking his mind when it counts.
It's been a momentsince I read, but I thought Rikka & Saku were twins.
Or did each of their parents (C1 & C2) have an additional kid (other than the first two) that just happens to be the same age and look alike?
