Well in this chapter-
AFO kinda rises from inside Shigaraki.
AFO talks about how known of his decisions were his own.
AFO says that he stole his quirk factor when he was young (i'm guessing like 2 years old but idk), and basically waited to give him a new quirk.
Then Deku comes back into the shot, and I guess gets his arms blown off.
Suddenly, Sero comes in and prevents Shigaraki from killing Deku.
Then Ojiro, Sato and Eraserhead shows up.
