I have stopped reading this way back when the chinese guy first appeared in the uni and started to get all buddy-buddy with Siwon. It frustrates the hell out of me that the stupid (and I mean he really is fucking stupid) Siwon just won't shut up and fucking listen to the guy he supposedly likes. Ever heard of the phrase "relationship is built on trust"? Why ever the hell would you believe some random stranger instead of your bf?? Since the very beginning Siwon was a fucking pain in the ass with his wishy-washy attitude and misplaced morals. Not that Kang Jinha is much better. He is better, but just a bit, and I believe that only because I'm already used to idiots refusing to just open their mouths and start fucking talking instead of creating unnecessary misunderstandings and then playing the victim when their attitude bites them in the ass.
Sure, the whole "conflict because of a misunderstanding that is born from miscommunication" is a popular trope and like 80% stories have some kind of version of it, but seriously, no need to base all of the angst in the story on the same fucking trope for the fiftieth time. Especially when the MC is usually a pathetic looser but the author makes him act wildly ooc just for the sake of yet another misunderstanding. At least stay true to your characterisation.
My point is, that in the beginning I really liked this story and was excited for every update, but ever since the chinese guy showed up it just became unbearably frustrating. I kinda still want to know how the story goes, but I'm not masochistic enough to force myself through this.
Unpopular opinion, but I want the Chinese guy to end up with Jinha (this time Chinese guy is the one getting blindfolded etc). It seems like it's what he wanted all along, as he just wanted to hold onto Jinha's attention.
If Jinha is going to end up in a toxic relationship, it better be with an adult (Chinese guy) than the whiney man child that is Siwon.
Does the prince have no brain or what? Although it would be quite a stretch, I could believe that Yuri is naive to this point and quite spoiled (or maybe just a bitch/traitor/spy?). But man, even if you are head over heels in love with her, you still would realise when she says something stupid to this degree! The prince was supposed to be educated in these matters,
In understand the need for fanservice, although I myself could do without it, but I think the author is overdoing it. Every time they draw the beastgirl from behind while she is bending over, the author insists on making the vajayjay so prominent that it looks like massive balls. I don't think there are many people who enjoy that...unless they like traps and imagine her to be a trap.
Can I get an honest review of this manga? About a year ago I saw some pretty bad comments, which put me off from reading this and I'm not sure if I should give it a second chance.
I stopped reading it a while ago, so don't recognise the new couple. Best to try and read it in one or two goes, seeing as the pace of the plot seems quite slow.
The first couple wasn't to many people's liking since the seme was a total jerk. Maybe that's why the manwha got bad reviews. But the seme changes towards the very end.
The second couple is totally adorable. You must read this, if not for the first couple at least for the second. The seme in the second makes some real progress. Plus the smexy times are too good.
The second couple is the best
i was put off about this too but more because the uke is such a pushover. that said, i ended up loving this manga. i love the second couple more but i'd recommend reading it from the beginning instead of just jumping in where the second couple starts because the uke of the second couple is an important character in the first couple's story
Oh God, no. Tried to read this since I love me some gender bender stories, but the first chapter was so cringy that I'm not reading it any further.
