Can he atleast clean the wounds or get stitched in his abdomen or wherever that wound/cut is in.
And why isn't he bleeding from his wounds while getting fucked? I couldn't focus on anything other than his open wounds and if he did something bout the cut on his face it could've gone slowly to having no scars at all.
