It might seem crude that ML sometimes doesn't try to help MC figure out his emotions and insecurities but its kinda fine, he doesn't approach it hastily, gives his opinion, and give MC some space to think about his action. Its kinda annoying , but it also helped MC to organize his thoughts and build confidence and trust on himself.
I wouldn't like to see ML always the one fixing when there's a fight cause it will not give MC some character development and might lead to MC having dependence to ML.
(Arguments are normal in a relationship, it can't be avoided, they just need to know where to compromise or settle things)

This is quite average for me (and i quite enjoyed it ngl) although there are several problems here such as some arcs shortened, sister's whereabout and being forgotten at the end, the romance was lacking, the ending, the character depth was not that completely explored in ML's side (just my opinion).
