Is there any way to add stuff to an album without having to save the images to my camera roll?
Yeah, switch to browser/chrome>three dots>desktop site>go to the manga>see a panel you want to save> click> then there is a option to add to the album
just use the desktop version!:-D

Then you go onto their page, and something in their reading list has smtg similar to what they were complaining about!
I do the same thing sometimes so I'm not exactly hating on these people haha.
