The pacing/storytelling is quite, idk, disconnected??? like there are some gaps and idk if i just missed it or smth cuz like 1) there's no explanation at all how fl and pink haired maid started working together to the point where pink hair secretly delivers messages for her. And whats with that talk about agreement and such? did i accidentally miss a chapter??? Does she even know that pink hair is the previous maid's daughter?
2) the thing with the thorns on her wrist. Fl said it wont activate if she doesnt lie, but when that viscount complained abt her to the queen and fl told her exactly what she did, the next thing we see is her wrist bleeding. The only thing I can think of as an explanation is the queen intentionally activated the curse to scare off the viscount
3) Isnt it weird for the queen to not notice that the guards she set on fire the other day have been somewhat healed? But then again she most def dont give a fck on whatever happens to them
4) i get FL exchanging places with the maid for ONE NIGHT just so she can heal the guards, but right now she's been away for MORE THAN A DAY. She literally went all the way to the north. Wouldnt the queen notice??? Especially since the people in the palace always keep tabs on fl?
Maybe it's just me but I feel like everything is just way too convenient for fl.
i think Sion (green haired) is also immune to Arin's powers, or at least he loves her enough that with or without Arin manipulating him, he'd do her every bidding. I say this because in the first chapter, we only see three of the brothers with red eyes and confessing their feelings to Arin.
I am not sure tho if his "love" towards Arin is platonic (he has always treated her as a part of their family ever since) or romantic like his other brothers. Id prefer if it was platonic tho cuz we dont need even more pseudo incest in this story T^T and I think it'd be quite interesting if he also had some loose screws in his head to not even care that his little sister wants to shake up the whole family since he knows how they have been treating her this whole time.
The fact that dragons become living corpses after their mates die and the fact that he didnt even know/think she was his mate not until she took her life means that he only turned back time because he was going mad at being mate-less, not because he actually cared for her or felt sorry for her. It's as if he only "loves" her and wants her alive because he needs her for him to stay sane.
I'm sure this is opposite to what the author intends to show, but ml's feelings are so fucking shallow. He doesn't need Solan the person, he just needs the role Solan plays as his mate.
this is like my lil theory only based on the fact that at the beginning after solan came back the past each time she killed herself or went to sleep(?) she’d wake up in the carriage and i assume thats because of the ml. my theory is the times she did kill herself he felt it and turned back time and each time she did he kind of slowly realized his feelings for her. at least thats my theory. hes still a piece of shit but at the same time he doesnt 100% understand human emotions so the more hes around solan the more he starts to understand them and hopefully the worse he feels about how he treated her :>
i hope this makes senses in a way ;v;
bro what??? i almost choked on my coffee
