I hope i'm not the only one who teared up when Charlotte went crying to the dying Valek and telling him that she still could not escape and move on into the future like he asked her to. It's just so tragic that Valek loved her and wanted her to be happy and yet the Lady still couldn't grant his final wish for him. Just like with her mother and Penny, she still could not do anything for the people she loved while they all died loving her. I would have drowned in despair if i was in her position.
on that note, wouldnt it be an interesting (yet tragic) twist if charlotte is the one who ends up becoming corrupted rather than the ml?
