In my opinion, it does the “ML is an asshole to the mc in the beginning” a lot better than other manhwas with similar themes!(I swear I’m a masochist cause I love reading sht like this(as long as it’s not abandoned empress lol)) they give clear reasons for everything and considering the context, the ml is actually pretty good! And imo the intrigue about the mystery of the story is well written, and the cathartic moment where everything fucks up for the bad guy will be awesome I think haha

The author interference in this story so cliche like if you want he heroine to be saint and be likeable just max her nice personality not make her villain..while FL just accept all bad thing that family make her do while married life with they son entire story…like always misunderstood her, blame her for everything heroine do (sickness or suddenly poisoning)(￣ε(#￣)Σ my god they should married both of they son to heroine and not make FL suffer .stupid story waste time and internet data (╬￣皿￣)凸

The interference makes sense when the author is actually in the body of Reeze. She’s good at acting, but the author’s authority she has makes anything she does seem good, which works against her when she loses that authority and people start to question her because of her fake personality. She’s not supposed to be a saint, since she’s a fake.

Mc didn’t do anything at first because she thought she could still change things, and didn’t want to burn any bridges. She truly believed that she could change things, but then her efforts were futile and she basically gave up. She ended up in a family that was similar to her own and married into one that saw her as an enemy, as soon as she reincarnated. She has no outs and that’s why she can’t just run away. Anyway, when she finally decides to give up and just reenacts the original story, cause she thought there was no way to change the original, that’s when she realizes that the whole reason she can’t change anything is the author’s authority

Again, the ml def fucked up, but he has more reason to than any other ml I’ve seen. And, despite the fact that not all of the author’s authority has been broken and he’s still willing to question things shows a lot to his character I think. Again, it’s the context of it all imo

Also, once all the authority is broken, ml basically says fuck you to his family and leaves with mc to his territory, because he realizes how his family will always treat her badly. Again, I’m just waiting for that cathartic feeling and that’s why I like reading stories like these lol
