Ah, after doing more research about drd's than I really wanted to do this morning, I see that 'gcb' is a specific kind of drd.
So, the thing about it is that it doesn't need to have a name or be super common for it to be a drd and different drugs can have lesser effects than the commonly known ones. Also, they both are technically raped... neither give consent (actually the opposite of it in the limited capacity that they can) and both are under the influence of the drug when that act (without consent) is performed. In this context, even if it is a aphrodisiac, it is still considered a date rape drug. (It can be both!!!) Especially since it caused memory loss.

I don't know if it's really worth reading. The guy raped his brother not once or twice, but repeatedly. He hasn't even repented yet (at chap 6). He can be hurt but what gives him the right to continuously hurt people. The only good one is the coworker (Hasabusa I think). Anyway, it seems like it has a bad ending. I'm wondering if the story is enjoyable or not bc rn....
