I actually wanted to recommend you Haru no Noroi too but then I saw it on your list haha. It's one of my favourites (⌒▽⌒)
I also really like it. I'm glad it is one of my first josei!
I think it's a shoujo and a school life manga. The girl and the guy are next-door neighbors. Due to an incident, they moved in together (i think the guy's house flooded or burned or smtg). They first started on the wrong foot. I think he rejected her friend or smtg in a bad way which made her mad. Thankss
