The next chapter will be release with the next Be Boy Gold Magazine on August 28th. But that's the official release. No way of saying when anything will be uploaded here.
Personally I guess it's a combination of both: Akihito's kidnappers realized that he had lost quite a bit of his memory and filled the gap with lies - which is not exactly brainwashing, but some usual brainwashing techniques might have been used as well. We really have to wait until sensei tells us what exactly happened. There is still that photograph which Sakazaki took when Akihito gave him that blowjob and that one might have been useful in all this plotting and scheming.
