Personally, i'm a lesbian so i really don't read it for sex scenes but because some stories are really cool, way better than shoujo. And when it talks about homophobia and rejection i can relate and feel close o the characters. 1 reply
my first coming out was at 5 (i just told my mom at that time) , but the "official" one, the one that made me accept myself was around 15, i told my mom for the second time i had a girl i liked. She accepted it pretty nicely and comforted me when i got rejected... it seemed weird to me when i was young because i come from a very homophobic country...... reply
I'm lesbian and i like it a lot! I think that some are just fluffy stories really shoujo-like but with a same sex couple, some show the issue of not being accepted, coming out, being bullied, being toyed with, being harshly rejected because of your feelings,loving a person who'll never love back... like, all the bad moments we have to go through as...... reply
so I failed this really important exam and now I have to retake my year. it was really surprising because I worked really hard and didn't expect to fail :( now I'm worried about retaking it next year and failing again and I just feel ashamed since most my friends succeeded while I didn't. it's my first "big" failure and I don't really know what to do. I hope I can receive the advice of people who went through this before!
