Then I got to the plot twist...it came out of nowhere, but it kinda works better because now it has a deeper plot and it expanded their world.

I absolutely agree with you on that one, I feel like the extras took what was a sweet and very happy ending, and than turned it bittersweet, emphasis on the bitter. I said this elsewhere and someone said well that’s life and it’s realistic. Sorry But I don’t read bl for realistic, I read for the fucking happily ever after. If there are bumps along the way that’s fine as long they get past them .. Yeah ok they are together but barely see eachother and the disgusting thing bothered me too.
