The seme is a rich guy, and the uke comes from a dismissive family. They met when they were kids. The uke is mistreated by his family, but I'm not sure why. He has a brother who looks exactly like him and is adored, while the uke is pretty much ignored (but his brother isn't a bad person).
When the seme tries to find the boy he met as a child, the uke's family thinks he’s talking about their favorite son. They don’t want to let go of their beloved son, so they decide to have the uke pretend to be him.
When the seme and uke finally meet, they slowly start to develop feelings for each other. The uke looks kind of childlike, similar to the main character in Okane ga Nai.

I think they kidnapped girls?? and then comes this long-haired gorgeous person but turns out it's a dude and he's a seme. The seme turns out to be this really important person and basically keeps the uke as his playtoy.

To me, it’s Shizuma from Therapy Game. I know he’s hella different from all of the seme you listed, he’s neither an overbearing or proud af guy who’ve done shitty stuff in their life, Shizuma’s just a sweet guy overall. He’s not the puppy seme type imo, he’s more like the naturally caring type who makes little gestures looks so meaningful and is just pouring all the love he has for his lover. There’s this chapter where it shows how Shizuma had a book for longtime gay couples and there’s a picture where there’s two old men holding hands affectionately while wearing heart-patterned sweaters and Shizuma said to Minato that he wanted to be like them. Bruh, how could you not melt? Shizuma’s friendly and helpful personality might have made Minato very insecure but Shizuma just knows what to do to reassure his lover. He’s just “that guy” who stays by your side and dotes on you in his own way. He’s definitely boyfriend material.
Also, my 2nd ultimate seme is not from a manga, he’s from a chinese novel called “Don’t Pick Up Boyfriends from the Trash Can.” His name is Lou Ying and his personality is also pretty similar to Shizuma. He also shows his care and love towards his beloved in his own way by making sure to let his beloved be the most comfortable, treat him in the best way, always offering to help him. He’s just hella sweet and btw, Lou Ying is also not a puppy seme, he’s the caring type. Our Lou-ge is the definition of husband material.
