Sejin should ruin that man's life and never look back

Well... he kind of already did, although Ido ruined his first. I mean our boy Ido is superbly badly traumatized by Sejin's self-unaliving in the previous lifetime, which is why he's firmly set on believing that he should never have Sejin for himself (rightly so, I think) and simply try to let Sejin live a life for solely for Sejin himself. Knowing what he's done, he can't really see how his actions hurt the current Sejin, who found comfort and safety in Ido's arms. Ido has a bad PTSD and great self-hatred (understandably).

lowkey wish he woulda taken the joo seungeon approach and just been like “too late now if you’re gonna be anything, gonna be with me” because sejin was in love with him. and his whole family relationship had basically been destroyed so all he has is his old driver/secretary and ido. anyways, i hope sejin tosses that whole table at ido’s face but he probably won’t ヽ(`Д´)ノ

It kinda upsets me how ido easily made sejin's life better but he didn't in his previous life. And he still chooses to ignore what sejin truly wants. Sejin having nightmares and traumas also doesn't help. Ido needs to be punished and his best punishment is being with sejin. He is too involved with sejin's life to step back
I saw pregnant yuder fanart on twitter and i cant get it out of my mind
He's bound to get pregnant since he's an omega tho (it's it's baby)

about pregnancy and omegaverse in Turning

So far in the novel (aka 1200s chapters in) it's clearly stated that pregnancy between alphas and omegas in nearly impossible or defective, or at least that it wasn't recorded in both time lines ; the only possibility is with the special bond Yuder and Kishiar share (taking in account that in the first time-line Yuder didn't get pregnant even after a year of sharing heats with Kishiar). For now adoption seems more credible...
Also they are clearly not ready for it right now, it's not in their plans and plot-wise it wouldn't fit. So maybe we'll have it after a time skip or in an epilogue ?

Like, the plot is still plotting heavy, they have a lot of responsibilities and a shit ton to do to figure out to save the world ; I'd say we're entering the last quarter of the plot ? They're happy with each other and a baby just wouldn't fit in their lives at the moment
It's just that Turning is that long of a novel #-.-)
No problem, it's the least I can do !
Sorry if I came out rude, I somehow draw the line with the generic omegaverse tropes that ticks me off because it would oversimplify the characters, their dynamics and their desires /in Turning/. But with that aside, a pregnant Yuder after a long emotional journey ?? With a super attentive Kishiar next to him ?? I'd have to agree I'd be eating it up too
Thank you for the link and the visuals ^^
I wonder why the author chose to use omegaverse terms? Obviously they would have have to know that people would assume mpreg(or the possibility of) with an A O pairing. Why use something that already exists and has a history like that over making up the new terms that better fit your story? Like with AA or AB pairings you go in understanding you won't get mpreg(most of the time) idk just wanna pick their brain apart.
I think in their QnA they said something about wanting to incorporate ABO some way into the story as an experimentation? But I’m not 100% sure lol. The best I could guess is that ABO makes for really good political plot if executed well as Omega’s typically get treated as less than equal in many ABO stories so the author wanted to address that stereotypical issue by the use of ABO in their story and convey how both Alphas and Omegas aren’t less than each other in power, but similar sides of one coin— like a pair that completes each other? I don’t know tbh but I really like it, especially how it doesn’t incorporate mpreg in the story because I feel like a lot of ABOs are too centered on mpreg and sexual aspects rather than the actual world building itself. However take my words with a grain of salt because this is just my opinion lol ^^ You can enjoy your mpreg if that’s what you like! I’m simply more inclined towards the complexities and lore behind novels. I’m caught up to chapter 1057 and as far as I’m aware there will be absolutely no mpreg because it is incredibly dangerous in that world (has a REALLY high fatality rate), and honestly considering the character’s personalities and goals I do feel it is very likely there will be no mpreg at all so it’s best not to get your hopes up. No hate just expressing my viewpoint! <3 (sorry if it felt like a long speech I’m just really really REALLY into turning and especially like the political choice of ABO)

I'd say the ABO part was also incorporated because of the implications of a heat ? (I'm keeping it vague, but spoiler warning again) but plot-wise the mutual non-consent was needed and it just matches so well with a heat. An other reason would be (spoiler warning again?) the ''fated bond'' Kishiar and Yuder share ; the best part of it is that we as reader know the tropes so that they are like, fated for each other, but the character themselves don't know about it !! And also obviously I totally agree with you Novellueva, it's like Kuyu is playing with our expectations to overturn them. I kind of see it as a manifest lol, to contest the ABO tropes that normalize rape, predation, etc. Like, it's possible to have an omegaverse that advocates for gender equality instead of oppression, just like you said Novellueva. So, I totally understand that you would be disappointed to see an ABO tag and expect mpeg because of it and not see it in it... Mangago doesn't help either with the tags
