Guys I don't know how so many people can get it wrong so badly
It's a side story - there's been a time skip of at least six months and he's pregnant with a new baby and this time is going really well
Yes, the time skip is obvious because of literally everything in that chapter starting with "it's been six months" ending with the whole behaviour of Mc and his understanding of their relationship
No, its not an extra about when he was first was pregnant, his first pregnancy never got to six months and by the time he actually found out about the baby he was hospitalized and the baby was already dead
Hope this clears things up, for whoever needed it :)
PS:
Is the main story over? Probably, last chapter and panel did feel like an ending and the side story now is most likely supposed to be the epilogue. Buuuut: who knows there might be a second season or more side stories to come
