Yes, the time skip is obvious because of literally everything in that chapter starting with "it's been six months" ending with the whole behaviour of Mc and his understanding of their relationship
No, its not an extra about when he was first was pregnant, his first pregnancy never got to six months and by the time he actually found out about the baby he was hospitalized and the baby was already dead

Is the main story over? Probably, last chapter and panel did feel like an ending and the side story now is most likely supposed to be the epilogue. Buuuut: who knows there might be a second season or more side stories to come
no duh the timeskip was obvious, people were just confused on where it came from. like their relationship JUST started to actually go somewhere and we don't get to see all those moments like a huge chunk is missing
I agree the time skip was harsh and the ending panel abit unclear as to if it really was the End, but also no the drama is real lots of people did not realize it's a time skip and at least two people in the comments INSIST that it's an Alternative Universe of what if his 1. Pregnancy had gone well *facepalm* people can argue about anything (myself included)
Honestly, I think it really fits to cut the story here, it's not forgiveness on Baeks part, but he's choosing his priorities. His Friend is more important to him, than that anger he feels - that's neither unhealthy nor unrealistic, it's an informed decision and it has my full support.
Leaving it open like that, might be resolved with the side stories or it might not get a definitiv ending at all, that's fine too, a fairytale happy-ever-after would be far from believable at this point and also is not that impactful in most cases.
That’s how I feel. It isn’t the ooohh feel good type of ending but it’s more realistic which is nice. I think it’s hard for some people in the comments to understand just how much it hurt him that obviously he isn’t just going to be like “okay! Since we’re in love and have feelings for each other that makes everything rainbow and I forgive everything!!” Like? It was *5* y e a r s. He felt like those 5 years had suddenly become a lie in some way or another, even if he found of that lots of the guy’s actions had reason behind them. Because Erina died with alpheas knowledge and intelligence maybe she got his light magic too. And then if she was reincarnated in Shirone, that would explain how a supposedly commoner can use magic. Also he has Erinas emotional insight and blue eyes, and alpheas genius for light magic and he looks just like young alpheas

I can see why you thought that. But i look forward to shirone's origins. Theres not been a single hint of who his parents are, and due to his features i'd say he's of noble origin, like royal blood etc. Or who knows he might actually be some divine creature. Or his parents are the divines. Seriously. When is an origin drop gonna happen? Im itching for it already.
