I wonder why Shun always looks troubled / bothered by something. Also once they separated for 3 years, it's like their personalities were swapped -- Shun became quiet and and a bit distant whilst Mio became more expressive and cheerful ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍

Right! It was so strange. But when you think about it, it's not impossible for it to happen, even in real life.
**Spoilers for those who hasn't read it yet**
Mio was still a teenager when he left so he was still developing or maturing. Being away from the place that's filled with memories both happy and sad allowed him to breathe and grow a little easier. But he had someone important who's still in the island so he couldn't completely sever himself from this place. Not to mention it's also where his mother is buried.
Shun, on the other hand, just grew older, not "grew up". He grew weary and jaded, never really moving forward and away from his own trauma. He was trying to recover back then when he first met Mio, and his stay in the island was like a therapy for him. But Mio left for three years, leaving him a promise that to him was never fulfilled, and the people he was surrounded with started moving ahead of him as well. The island and the house became more like prison than anything. He made himself confined there. I think his reserved nature was like the result of his loneliness or something.
And then Mio came back.
Although it seems like he doesn't experience flashbacks anymore, he was still in distraught with sexuality, IMO. I think he felt guilty and thought it was his fault that Mio "turned gay" and chose him. Based on his experience, he believed being homosexual is bad news and if he could prevent it, he would convince someone (Mio) from getting involved in a homosexual relationship. Seriously, he was so trapped in his trauma, it's so sad to see him turning into a shell of an old man.
Plus I think he felt guilty that Mio had to come back to the island. Maybe he thought he trapped Mio in the island together with him. With that line of thought, it kinda makes sense why Shun acted like that in his speech for Mio to come with him to Hokkaido; why neither of them considered the option of Shun returning to the island after visiting his family, acting like he wouldn't come back anymore; and why he seemed surprised or did not expect for Mio to easily come with him. Perhaps he thought it was too much to ask? Mio is attached to the island? Or he's not enough that Mio would leave everything just for him?
This is such a mean thing to say but, rather than the two of them switching personalities, it's more like Shun became worse, becoming a weak willed coward. It's a good thing Mio came back or else he would have never gotten better.

Well I really don't care about his plastic surgery but I have so many questions regarding his post-surgery life. Did he change his name? How come uke didn't know the name of his former coworker? Did you notice the surgery make seme appear a lot taller? Ok he probably went on a diet but to grow taller at the age of 28?? XD I think so many things are being left unexplained or is it just me lol XD

Ok, I got an answer on the whole looking taller thing. Let me preface this by saying that I have last about 50-60 pounds in fat (scale has only changed by 30, but I've been putting on muscle, so yeah).
When you're heavy, the wider width, will make you look shorter as a ratio, and secondly, that weight is pulling on your spine, compressing it, maybe not by much, but it's enough.
As you lose weight, the ratio changes, making you seem taller, but things also decompress. I seemed to have grown half an inch between now having extremely high arches in my feet and my spine has gone to a more comfortable length.
With guys, I've been told that the change can be more drastic.
Hope that helps.

People look smaller when they are fat
1. what is so wrong with guys love eating sweet stuff? bruh.
2. what's with both of them acting like they are some kind of high school boys in love! blushing face and acting so cheerful and yet clumsy. so cute
Seems like sweet tooth thing is often considered too cute for guys in japan (or maybe only in manga?, dunno in real life) I think it's weird too first time i read it in manga because guys around me usually like sweet things
