Aside from the grooming part of it, now I find MC highly unlikeable, and I know it's justified in a way, but it simply doesn't create a proper connection between him and a reader I don't want to follow his healing journey, if the only thing he does is be awful to ML (he fucking hit him) Couldn't finish, ML should just live in the mountains like a monk with his parents, they're the only people who treat him like a person
It's ben 200 chapters and this dude STILL won't communicate, the character development is being dropped all the time to create some tiring misunderstanding Just make your plot happen by other means, it's not that hard
For reallllllll. It feels like Lyle hasn’t had any sort of character development at all. It’s not hard from him to say he feels awkward or when something bothers him and still keep him in character.
