As far as I remember from the spoilers, Estrella really did die before but the blue haired spirit resurrected her that’s why he lost most of his powers as a consequence for breaking the code (remember the red haired demon is talking about the spirit breaking the code and losing his powers yeah that’s the reason) and thus why this another jewelled eyes boy can see that and called her a monster/demon in confusion as jewelled eyes can sense from their eyes that a normal person wouldn’t.
