That was something I noticed with the novel too. They completely dropped the whole revenge plot point. Though, my interpretation after the epilogue was that the two characters stopped caring about revenge etc. and all the drama and decided to live happy.
Remember her goal was to become the crown princess which she already had. Her only restraint was the Noble opposing her commoner blood and her grand plan was to Murder the emperor?? She coulda just stay silent until everything come to places on their own then rely on the crown prince to take her as the queen cus at that point nobody could oppose her.

Okay I love how this manhwa could swing your mood pretty hard. The first 5-10 chap I was abit worried that in the end it was just misunderstanding between them. Then the next 10 chap we have this pathetic ass corgi running around trying to catch the FL attention. Then the last 20 chap or so however it becomes clearer that the ex husband is Dangerous person who tried to control the kingdom in the future, and that the pink haired side dish was probably just another of his victim. The things that i don't understand was why would he let the pink rag claiming they're lover but then claiming the opposite to the FL? Shouldnt they at least discuss their propaganda first so it make sense? So that if his plan was to get the FL back he can make the pink rag also falsly admitting that it was all just misunderstanding? Shes under his grasp after all? ?

Well... yes and no... this kind of quick-transmigration/world-hopping setting if VERY popular in chinese novels... you can fid straight, bl, gl, male protag, female protag, focus on revenge, focus on romance, angst, comedy... all kinds of subgenre on it... so while is similar to CMMD... there's a ton like it too... just not as many comics... unfortunately...
Sometimes I get tired of how long normal comics get... and run to these QT (quick transmigration) novels... they can be dramatic and kinda cliche... but the many quick stories give me the pleasure and the sensation of ah, finally a revenge that doesn't take the whole comic/book to happen! I get so frustrated when mc takes too long to get revenge and get rid of antagonists.... the frustration ends up making me anxious... and... I end up just... checking the NU forum for the spoilers and loose interest on it... ╮(￣▽￣)╭
I also love CMMD... but this is like comparing avery modern dungeon work with Solo Leveling... Anyway if you like QT genre you should really check the novels... there's a whole lot compared to comics... and tbh? The ch to a terrible job when adapting novels to comics... you'll find a lot on the Novel Updates site...
