First of all: I don't remember Banache getting Ramor to be a witness to the fall?! I remember Banache getting annoyed and jealous when the prince catches MC, and Banache is saying that she wishes that she fell herself...

I know I'll get tons of hate for this but I'm super happy she left and rejected him. I've wanted her to do so ever since he started treating her favorably, creating problems and misunderstandings for her.
1. She is a maid and he's a high ranking noble. You can't apply modern day thinking, going all "love will win". No this is the type of society where status matter a lot. The head maid was 110% right in doing what she did and she was actually doing it for Ibelina's sake. Stop saying she wa jealous, she's doing her job and trying to save everyone involved.
2. Since she's a maid, a nobody, only suffering would await her. If she chose to stay and accept his feelings, not only would people spread bad rumors about her, she would be the laughing stock of society. They would call her a gold digger and make plans to have other noble women steal him away.
3. By choosing to leave and start all over, she has the opportunity to create a new name for herself. Maybe she even becomes rich and famous. This way she will be considered a suitable match for him.

I really like the translation and I don't see any problems with it. Maybe the quality is not perfect, but you should keep in mind that they are not being paid to clean the raws, translate and type.
I've read up to chapter 55 and I just can't decide who I like more. In the end I think maybe I want her to be with Arth, and maybe Rebecca with a highly improved Johannes. Or just someone completely different. Yes the past Johannes is a bad playboy, but he's improving now so I can forgive. It's not like he treated her like the horrible guy in The Abandoned Empress...
