i just finished reading and from my understanding the teddy bear was some sort of really smart supercomputer that orchestrated all of the events (including the central asian war w persia) through communication and the manipulation of the president of thracia. as shown through the manga, they were having convos where he was advising him on what to do and stuff. i think it was in some sort of attempt to kill all humans or make them slaves through the use of their hatred or something?? a little more confused on this part. basically, he was the actual main antagonist.
haha hopefully this was at least a tiny but helpful and you remember what i'm talking abt. this might be off a little bit but it's just my interpretation.
Thanks it was helpful I remember the gist of the story. My English was awful back then so I think I had missed some parts. I guess I need to read it again to actually understand what's going on
