I had this problem once when I had a different ISP they considered this site as “risky” and automatically blocked it. I had to use a vpn sometimes until I got different service.
It could be that your parents has it blocked, try any sites that are illegal or not permitted (idk the exact term) see if it works, if not then it is definitely blocked. My cousin has the same, unable to read on any sites because her father blocked it
