It's not marked Mpreg on this site. Even if it was, it's not like everyone checks out the tags. It's only reasonable and polite to not give out things that have not happened without warning. You're not the only one who let this cat out of the bag, this manga seems to attract blabbermouths, but as you can see from the comments there were still people who had managed to miss them all until you.

Didn't qui tong said that she had someone she likes? Was it a lie? *before they date*

It's heavily implied in that moment that she was talking about Sun Jing. Remember, "like" is an ambiguous word that can mean anything from friendship to deep romance and anything in between. She was coy about answering probably because she didn't want to give Sun Jing the wrong idea. We've seen since that she isn't particularly close to anyone else, she has one person in her class that she's friends with, but who she's happily willing to ditch to spend time with SJ.
It's possible she had a crush on someone, and the author just decided to abandon it, but I think it's more likely she meant she likes Sun Jing, but wasn't comfortable admitting it yet.

On what basis? Qiu Tong is clearly reacting to Sun Jing romantically way back in the 30's and 40s. She even gets the doki doki's back in 44.
Plus when she asks the question, it doesn't really make sense if she has a crush on somebody else. When Sun Jing asks "who do you like?" she just stands there and stares at Sun Jing. If she actually had a crush on someone different, why wouldn't she just say who it is, even if she wants to be vague about it. Her response there only makes sense to me if it is Sun Jing. (this was chapter 65, BTW) I honestly can't see another way to read that scene. Like Sun Jing says, if it's someone else, it wouldn't be anyone she knew, so why hide it from her in that case?
I've seen people say the fact that QT turned down SJ's initial confession suggests that it wasn't Sun Jing that she likes, but homosexuality is still pretty stigmatized in China, so there's a pretty wide gulf between "I've started to realize I like this girl" and "I'm willing to defy society and tradition by responding positively to her confession."
Plus it's a basic undercurrent of Qiu Tong's character that she just wasn't really close to anyone before Sun Jing came along. She has one casual friend in her class, that seems to be pretty much it.
