The mc goes to the ceremony for the brother that is ignored. It’s all like regretful all that stereotypical stuff. please this is so vague all the isekais are merging together, but I really remember this scene and it’s popular so I hope someone else remembers

It's not a hot or cold take, but lukewarm. For example: harada makes mediocre stories carried by decent art and shock factor, authors like Asada or Akabeko cover similar ground but with actual substance behind the distracting shock.
