I emailed and did the flag thing just in case. Been almost 2 days. How long does it usually take for a new series and will we get notice if it isn't going to be uploaded?

Normally we just go to any manga page then click at flag on the left screen edge to leave link/file/message.
I only see a flag to report. I'm guessin I have to do this on a desktop rather than on a mobile device correct?
That flag is the one, choose "Other".
If the author already have manga page here, just go to that manga page.
