I agree to an extent. I think some authors do fetishize gay couples in Yaoi, but there are still many good reads for you out there. I mean, one of my favorite Yaoi mangas is about two grown men who actually LOOK like men. (The manga is called “Never Good Enough” btw). Rather than focusing on just sex, it ALSO establishes what kind of characters......   1 reply
