My least favourite thing in reincarnation stories is when there's literally no point in the character being a reincarnator.
Why is she a reincarnator? They just threw that in quickly. Is it so that the author could say she's mentally an adult, and get away with pairing a literal child with a 143 year old prince?
It's jacob and renesme all over again with this fated partner shit.
Surely they cant send anyone with obvious features like big beetle or little butterfly?? Like they wont be able to disguise as tourists, unless they have something similar to a cinderella potion for them.
Also why do the silk moth and spider need the potion? They look so normal, other than bright hair colours.
Yeah I was thinking the same thing. They can just claim they’ve dyed their hair and on top of that, their abilities aren’t physically displayed liked Dohwa’s, so in reality they could re-enter society and be completely fine. I mean the MC made it this long without revealing his huge wings, why can’t students that have an ability that they have to personally trigger, just go back into the normal world and pretend they aren’t part insect?
literally. It's a bit selfish for those with unnoticeable powers to want the cinderella potion before the people who look like giant bugs. Well, perhaps not selfish, but at least unfair. I get that theyre going for an everyone gets a chance thing, but it really doesnt make sense to let human-looking bug folk go before those who cant ever fit in with regular human society. Imagine being like that giant centipede or the stag beetle, and losing your chance to have the finite cinderella potion to someone who suffers from colourful hair.
I guess thats true? But at the same time, I figure it wouldnt be too likely to meet any other bug humans outside of the area jungle juice was released, they did say it didnt spread far. The only issue would be breeder, but even then I doubt he'd be too interested in the more docile, non carnivorous bugs. And yet again, they could just head to another area away from where jungle juice was released.
The real villain is the grandfather, they were going great before the threats. I can understand why woojin was so angry, the guy he liked for years, who also liked him, suddenly cut off contact. Also the consent is a bit iffy but Haegyung has proven that he's able to actually push woojin away when he really wants to, their relationship is so chaotic lmao.
The father is such a dipshit, and I feel terrible for the original roman. He was just a commoner boy, abused by his father, then suddenly thrown into luxury and left to his own devices to become a spoiled alcoholic because his dickhead of a dad felt so guilty for physically abusing him. He doesn't have the right to suddenly feel proud of his son; his son died. His son died, because his father was neglectful and abusive, about to send him to war as fodder, and everyone else in his life saw him as a dimwit.
The father doesn't deserve happiness in the wake of his son's death.
I am confused where is the abuse, which chapter, I ain't trying to be an as*hole I am just genuinely confused
And didn't the original son sexually assault some one saying it was just a touch while he was drunk?
yep he became trash
As an adult, yeah. Assumedly pinched her ass or a boob while drunk. But im saying he wouldnt have become that way if his father wasnt a dipshit abuser.
The father talks about roman, and expresses that he feels guilt because roman was the only child they had when they were poor, and also the only one he beat up. Because they were poor and struggling, he took out his frustrations on his young son(roman), and consistenlty says he feels bad, but then he threw something at roman's head while angry so we can also assume he still hits roman on occasion, even if with objects.
Ohhhhh I see I think I remember that, thanks for reminding me love
