The seme is still an asshole, taking any rights away from the uke. And if dogs are anything to go by, when tied, or "knotted" as used here, it can be very painful for a bitch so no wonder he's in pain. And even though the uke was a gold digger at the beginning that changed, because if he still was then he'd be over the moon with the possessiveness of the seme. From all the spoilers we know what's coming, and tbh it's his body so he can do what he wants with it.
