Couldn’t get thru the first chapter..the rape is so unappealing. my fucking god why is this such a common trope in yaoi.
It seems as if a lot of the recent yaoi doesn't use that trope that much. From the stuff I have read anyway. I encounter it less and less which is awesome. I also like the fact that I don't see too many fans going gaga for rape and say it's love or whatever. Unless the manga is meant to be messed up, but if one guy is supposed to fall in love with the other and it starts with rape, I dislike it.
Yep recent yoais don't use that trope anymore and sex mostly happen at the end of the volume or in the extra, they are basically shounen ai with sex as an extra, unless it's pwp.....

I’m so glad that happy rolls translator didn’t continue after chapter 10 what the heckkkk. Nothing made sense and their authors note were so freaking annoying and unnecessary—
I remember that. Honestly, I dropped this comic after the first chapter or two because the translation was that rough. I only just clicked on it now because I saw there's 180 chapters, so there must be something worthwhile here. So now I know it was just a bad translation at the start. Maybe I'll give this story another try sometime.
