Work out. I'm serious, i used to roll my eyes at ppl who had said this either e.g. influencers. I've long found that lifting is more effective than any of the anti-depressants I've taken in the past. Empty brain, just lift to failure. you can start slow and small, 15-30 mins of idle walking or cycling, doesn't matter where. in the mall, park, or st......
