It's not like I can just leave you like this..." then he called someone (Yang Jaehyo) and they talked about something like a deal/help that Hyeon refused at their first meet (this is also the reason why Hyeon is w Yang Jaehyo in ch 48(?)) then he brought Han Jichan to the hospital.
