i am straight but this comic has me feeling things..? everytime i see mitsuki i'm like "???" why is she so hot and why am i getting butterflies ??? same thing happened with Tamen De Gushi's Sun Jing
i just said reevaluate. not that you HAVE TO BE gay, just bc u find a girly attractive. especially in a manga. i just think it's fun figuring urself out more and asking urself questions all the time if stuff pops up, to further evolve or stay the same, but able to be more confident in your identity. i hope you get what i mean
I'm no expert but there are many different types of attraction, so it's okay to be attracted to anyone you want. I also find all genders sexy ^^ Whether or not that says anything about your sexuality is something that you can decide. It's totally okay to feel how you feel, and you can manage it anyway you want
I'm so glad I'm currently reading the translated version of the novel because this manga is going at a rapid pace that is missing a few of the key details that really make the story, in my opinion. Like you don't see how he got to the location nor what happened in between helping the guy access his mana. I get that it's trying to condense everything but its simplifying it too much, in my opinion.
I'm so upset that the english translation for the novel was removed from all sites, I was keen to read it before any adaptations (that I knew would follow as it seemed like a good novel). At least now I can continue following the story with the manga... even though it misses the details within the novel.
I'm currently reading a fan translation of the novel and I'm up to vol.4. I'll be honest, I don't know how the author is going to tie their romance together. There are a few flutter moments but overall it's very hard realism in the romance department.
Nonetheless, can't wait for the future chapters!
I finished vol.5 few minutes ago, and all I can say is: just wait ;)
Everything happens very organically and it's very THEM.
Taek Joo's relationship with Zhenya was unusual from the start (that's an understatement), and since it's Zhenya we are talking about here, I never expected some grand romance between them, especially after what he did to Taek Joo. Plus, Teak Joo himself is rather closed-off and not overly emotional person. But they make it work somehow, in their own special way. I was actually surprised many times how sweet they can be together.
Anyway, now that I finished the novels, I'm feeling very bittersweet. I'm going to miss them and I can't wait for the manhwa to cover vol.3-5. Tbh, vol.4 may be my favorite over all, though I wonder if I'd feel the same with good translation. PS. Did your fan translation is also... quite unfortunate, or did you get lucky?
I'm glad that someone else is enjoying this story. It really got to me for some reason, i.e I've become obsessed/passionate about it enough to read the novels, which almost never happens. I hope to see you here again after you finish the 5th book, and maybe share you thoughts? For me, Taek Joo and Zhenya's story was a journey and a half! The translation I got (from reddit, I think - it was a while ago) has a lot of okay parts, but a lot of the dialogues don't make much sense; also pov switches constantly and gendered words like his/hers and him/her get confused xD. Still, it was a fun ride nontheless and I'm definitely gonna re-read.
omg the tongue piercing literally shocked me! but like why is that so sexy?
