I was yearning for something with a touch of melancholy the other day, unfortunately, I didn't find any. Indeed, good thing happens when you least expect it. This satisfied me, I even teared up. The art style contributed a major part, but it doesn't mean the story is no-good, personally, it piqued my curiosity. Like Iris, it's mysterious, and there are questions left unanswered. "Iris 100-year-long journey" that really touched my heart.

Yes... If a BL was told by the girls perspective, it would have it's own share of angst. Just like any loathsome/ antagonistic characters with their backstory/reasons/intentions revealed. I didn't really know how to hate a certain character, rather their unreasonable (or some might consider irritating) acts sparks my curiosity. That's why in the last chapter, although I get where those BL readers hate came from, I find it like "A-complex-math-formula". You get it's purpose, not how to apply it.

I want to see Hajime story. He even become Kudous "artificial-or-whatever" mate for the happiness of the one he loves- which is the hinted, Hijiri. The characters somewhat share the same "one-sided love and wanting them to be happy" Like Miyauchi for Aoi, and Hijiri for Kudou (executed not the ideal way) and Hajime for Hijiri(?). Aside from that, all's well that ends well. I'm happy for Miyauchi, tears of joy for your bright future.
Came back here for the feels~~
