I have soft spots with couples growing old, so I'm already tearing up when Akira got hospitalized. And when they run to meet each other on the connecting white line, I burst in tears. This kind of scenes really made me weep, it never cease to touch my heart.
I think I've read something similar, where the other one is manipulating the admirers to give him all the sweets, something like that. I thought it is this. *sigh*
Is it the one where the guy is a total psychopath? If you remember the same one as me: the seme wears glasses and he isn't popular, some guy bumped into him and the popular uke helped him and he discovered the seme is totally hot without his glasses and told him that. The next day the seme didn't wear glasses and he became super popular hogging all the attention the uke used to have and the poor thing felt sick remembering how he was bullied before. The seme took him home and had sex with the lonely uke. Later on, turns out the seme is a stalker who took secret photos of him and even stole his shoes but surprisingly (or not) the uke was okay with it and they lived happily ever after.
