I don't think that Takato woke up after dreaming... if we look back to vol 3 ch 1: http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/dakaretai_otoko_ichii_ni_odosarete_imasu/mf/c009/pg-4/ It started with Takato went to visit Junta. Then we see the flashback from Junta's and Takato's POV. Until vol 3 ch 4, page 26, the flashback slowly fades away with Takato's memory of being in the hospital while Junta was confessing him (Takato thought that what he heard in the hospital was a dream and didn't know that it was Junta, who saved and confessed to him). And that led us back to the present where Takato was visiting junta's home (from vol3 ch1). Then Takato found out that the one who saved Takato back then was Junta, when Junta said, " can I still like you"!
