Despite chainsaw man eating and erasing nuclear weapons from existence America has reinvented them to use on their enemies. Yoru is confused by this because the idea of nuclear warfare was erased from existence but once it was revealed once again to the public she remembered, also revealing her memories of love for America because of its continued ongoing destruction and warmongering since it's conception. The chapter shows the general public will think positively and cheer on it's country as it attacks and kills people whether military or civilian, comparing the delusion of this mindset to that of a literal war loving devil
