They did rush and didn't explain how he was rescued but our fl did break the magic that cloud the dad mind from the magic and I guess thanks to that he was able to rescue Jeremy but in a poorly way since it didn't explain to us how, he did it. but it's similar to the teacher and his daughter incident.
