If the villagers knew how they were offering the dragon, to the dragon, for sacrifice....how they had years to appease the dragon instead of the constant abuse that they did. They could've had the most blessed village only if they spared little kindness to an orphan child....the dragon's blessing they had been looking for was always among them, they had the opportunity but was too selfish to actually see it....
