Tae in the previous life took care of baby hyo, tge didn't have a relationship but hyo was dependent on him, it's not an age difference manhwa y'all. I'm guessing in the previous life Tae had a tragic death cuz of his brother, as he was trying to hunt him down, and Hyo promised to find him in his next life. That is why he always gets the vision of past Hyo but can't recognise him. Amd Tae still doesn't have his past memories so he can't recognise Hyo either.
